Amuse Bouche
Lime and miso rice cake with crab meat and green papaya salad

Starters
Roquefort, pear, celery, endive and walnut salad  
Lobster salad with mango, chilli, coriander and toasted coconut
Pan fried foiegras with figs, marsala and balsamic demi glace

Mains
Crispy polenta, aubergine, Portobello mushroom and baked goat’s cheese with grilled peppers and borlotti beans salsa
Baked cod wrapped in parma ham with lyonnaise potato, spinach and putanesca sauce
Roast rump of lamb with dauphinoise potato, green beans and red wine jus    

Desserts
Passion fruit tart
Mascarpone and white chocolate torte with raspberries and rhubarb coulis

Sticky toffee pudding with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream
